ABOUT
Eastern Europe and Central Asia HIV Drug Resistance Database provide a set of tools to collect, store and analyze of information derived from routine HIV drug resistance testing in EECA countries. EECAHIV Database developed under an internal grant of Central Research Institute of Epidemiology (CRIE) and includes data obtained during work on Government of the Russian Federation executions No. 2314-r and 2656-r. The database includes data from both ART-experienced and ART-naive patients.

The main objective of database is to coordinate the collection of depersonalized information derived from routine HIV sequencing to provide countrywide drug resistance surveillance in EECA countries.

Using the database allows you to:
  • Collect, store and edit demographic, epidemiologic, clinic and molecular data of HIV-infected patients.
  • Automatically analyze HIV sequencing data:
  • Sequence quality control
  • Contamination control
  • Subtyping
  • Drug resistance mutations detection and interpretation
  • Co-receptor tropism determination
  • Inter-participants data sharing
  • Manage data and perform statistical analysis using any database parameter
  • Download analysis results and generate custom data report
